Payment Terms

Services are billed as described in individual service agreements. Foundation builds require upfront payment. Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis.

Intellectual Property

Website designs and custom code created for clients become client property upon full payment. Sky Ridge Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Sky Ridge Digital LLC is not liable for search engine ranking fluctuations, AI platform recommendation changes, or third-party platform policy changes beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Clients retain ownership of their website and all assets upon termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
